FPG Oleochemicals is a joint venture between FELDA Palm Industries and The Procter & Gamble Company, USA. FELDA is the largest palm oil producer in the world. Procter & Gamble is one of the largest consumer products companies in the world, known in Malaysia primarily for its consumer products such as Pantene & Rejoice shampoos, Pampers diapers and SK-II and Olay cosmetics. We operate one of the largest oleochemical facilities in the world and in line with our expansion plans we seek a dynamic and self-motivated individual for the following position :-



OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE

Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Human Resource Manager and shall include following key responsibilities:

* Provide prompt emergency care including assessment for all occupational & non occupational injuries & illnesses.
* Assist in the design & implementation of Site medical surveillance program.
* Conduct health education program to enhance employee knowledge.
* Advise employer on legal & regulatory compliance.
* Assist in Site Risk Management through health data gathering and using the data to prevent injury & illness.
* Own plant medical record system, medical supplies & equipments.
* Own Plant Health Services Key Element Program.

Requirements:

* Minimum: Diploma in Nursing, Medicine & equivalent.
* 1 to 2 years of nursing experience. (Training on Occupational health knowledge will be provided
internally)
* Register with Nursing Board or Medical Assistant Board.
* Good command of oral and written communication skills in English and able to work well cross- functionally and independently.
* Proactive with strong analytical and leadership skills.
