Job Description
Brandt International is a specialist in CRM training, consulting and business transformation outsourcing company focused on enabling clients to positively transform their customer strategy and operations through improving the quality, performance and efficiency of the approach and people and deliver an improved customer experience.
In line with our expansion plan, we are now hiring 200 personnel to fill the following positions urgently:
Customer Care Consultant (Call Centre)
(Selangor – Bandar Sunway)
Responsibilities:
* Attend to customer queries/request professionally via telephone
* Cross-sell and up sell Value Added Services and products/services
* Provide accurate, efficient and quality services that exceeds customers’ expectations
* Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer complaints at all times
* Maintain a high degree of responsibility towards customer confidentiality
Requirements:
* Minimum SPM/STPM level with credits in English, Mathematics, and Bahasa Malaysia plus 3 years of relevant experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment
* Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate is an added advantage. Degree holder will be waived the above requirement
* Fresh graduates without experience are encouraged to apply
* Minimum age: 21 years
* Shift work is required
* Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia as well as analytical skills
* PC literate, internet savvy, familiar with latest mobile technology, and good typing skills (60wpm)
Minimum Salary Scale (including allowance):
RM 1800 (SPM), RM1900 (Diploma), RM 2300 (Degree)
For successful Mandarin speaking candidates, Language allowance shall be paid.
