Established in 2001, Yvents Sdn Bhd is one of Malaysia’s premier and most well-established live entertainment companies specializing in bringing to Malaysia world renowned international shows ranging from large scale Broadway and West End musicals to family entertainment shows. We are currently looking for suitable candidates to join us as:

Personal Assistant

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year working experience in related field
* Reporting to MD and Chairman
* Provide administrative support to the MD and Chairman
* Liaison / Coordinator for any projects and events
* Well-versed in MS Office, Office administration and business correspondence
* Pleasant personality and disposition with good planning and organizational skills
* Discreet and able to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
* Ability to multi task, attention to detail and a team player
* Good command of English both spoken & written and fluency in major Chinese dialects & Bahasa Malaysia
* Mature, pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Possess own vehicle
