Job Responsibilities:
* Design Innovation
You will be one of the pioneer of Design Innovation Team. You will assist in the planning, setting up of this team.
You will assist in setting up of Resource & Material Library, and building list of suppliers, manufacturers and specialists.
You will assist Director, Design Innovation (DI) and work with other specialist, suppliers, manufactures and institution on Special Projects in design innovations.
You will manage all design competition under DI.
* BIM
You will assist the Director (DI) to manage and implement Building Information Model system.
* Documentation/Publication/Paper
You will assist in the documentation and collating for all Design and Design Processes, Resource images and Perspectives
You will assist the Director (DI) on publication and to assist the Technical Head in the prepartion of papers and research work.
* Other job duties
You will assist in the followings:
- management and running of Design Reviews
- monitoring and reporting of project progress for Design Team
- streamline the processes and PQP system
- plan and organise periodic Design Sessions which includes presentations by external specialists, exchange of information to improve the knowledge and standard of design of the Design Teams.
Requirements:
The candidate should possess the following:
* Good interpersonal skill, high EQ as the person has to deal with many external parties.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Independent and resourceful
* Basic IT skill required
* Diploma holders with at least 3 years of working experience.
